SHIPPING AND RETURNS

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

All items will be shipped within 1-2 business days of the order being placed and will be sent via Standard Australia Post Mail Service unless otherwise requested. Please check the Australia Post website if you would like to know how many days your order will take to arrive. Orders are shipped from Ettalong Beach 2257. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your parcel has been sent.
Free postage on all orders over $100. $10 standard postage charge for orders under $100, or $15 for express postage for orders under $100,
On orders over $100 there is an option for express shipping at $10. Packages will be sent via Australia Post Express Post service. Please check the Australia Post website to see if you are within the Express Post next day delivery area. 
If you have an occasion that you want the bag for, please contact us to let us know and we will move heaven and earth to get your bag to you in time.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International shipping is charged at a flat rate of $30.
Orders are sent via FEDEX priority service and a tracking number will be sent to you once the parcel has been sent. Orders generally take 3-7 days to arrive, however if you would like a more accurate estimate of delivery time please contact us at hello@farrahandsloane.com.
Import duties and taxes vary from country to country, please be aware of what these are for your country as these are not factored into the shipping costs and you will be responsible for paying these.

RETURNS

We want you to love every purchase you make from FARRAH + SLOANE.  So if you change your mind send us an email at hello@farrahandsloane.com within 14 days of receiving your goods, with your original order number so that we can sort it out and send you the return postage details. 
Any postage costs associated with the order will not be refunded.
Unfortunately there is no return or refund on sale items or samples during our sample sales. This does not apply to items purchased using a discount code. Note that the purchase must be returned in its original condition and packaging with all tags attached, refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn, washed or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via a tracked postage service and that you pre pay all postage. Any packages that have been returned via 'return to sender' and incur a charge on our end will be deducted from the final refund amount. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore we advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. FARRAH + SLOANE will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit. 
Once we have received your return in its original condition, we will check it and arrange for a refund. This may take 2-4 days from the time the return is received.

FAULTY GOODS

If the product is in any way faulty (we certainly hope this never happens and go to great lengths to ensure it doesn't!), we will either replace it or issue a full refund  as quickly as we can. If your product is faulty when it arrives please contact hello@farrahandsloane.com and we will send you a return postage label.
We have been careful to make sure that the product images represent the actual products and colours, however, please note that these images and guides are references only and there may be discrepancies in colours, sizes or styles. Please also be aware that colours also vary from screen to screen. Exchanges for discrepancy in colour will be treated as a change of mind and our standard refund and exchange terms apply.

DELIVERY

If we are unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect delivery address, or if the parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, an extra postage fee will apply to send it again. If this occurs, we will contact you to consider your options.
We do not offer refunds on missing items that have been marked by the courier as ‘delivered’. All duties and taxes that may be charged in relation to the import of your order are your responsibility.
